By scheduling a cleaning service with CleanChamps, you agree to allow our cleaners access to your property at the scheduled time and date. Our cleaners will arrive within the window provided to you upon confirmation.
At CleanChamps, your satisfaction is our priority. However, we do not offer monetary refunds for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, we will gladly offer a free re-clean of the missed areas if notified within 24 hours of the initial cleaning.
Note: Re-cleans must be scheduled within 72 hours of the original appointment.
We understand that life happens. However, cancellations disrupt our schedule and impact our staff. Therefore, our cancellation fee structure is as follows:
25% fee for cancellations made after 5:00 PM the day before your appointment.
50% fee for cancellations made the morning of your scheduled cleaning.
100% fee (full charge) if our cleaner arrives and is turned away at the door for any reason, including inability to access the property or last-minute refusals.
To ensure safety and efficiency, please ensure that the area to be serviced is accessible and prepared for the work to be done. If the service requires moving heavy items or accessing hard-to-reach areas, please make arrangements ahead of time.
Our cleaners reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any property where conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond the scope of standard cleaning. This includes but is not limited to:
The presence of bodily fluids (human or animal)
Hoarder conditions
Mold or biohazardous materials
Aggressive or uncontrolled pets
Any situation where the cleaner feels threatened, whether the threat is verbal, implied, or physical
In such cases, CleanChamps will cancel the service immediately and may charge up to 100% of the scheduled fee.
Quoted prices are based on standard conditions. However, if the actual work site differs from what was expected (e.g., additional work required or the site is in a more difficult condition), the service provider will contact you to discuss potential price adjustments.
You are responsible for ensuring the cleaner has access to the property during the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, entry codes, or being present. If access is not granted, a 100% cancellation fee may be applied.
We love pets, but for the safety of our team, all animals must be secured during your cleaning appointment. CleanChamps is not responsible for the behavior or escape of pets during service.
CleanChamps carries general liability insurance for your protection. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, or unsecured items. Please remove any fragile or irreplaceable valuables before your cleaning.
By booking a service, you agree not to directly hire any of our service providers or employees for similar services within one year of their engagement with you.
Any claims arising from or related to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state or province in which the services are provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
CleanChamps reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
By using CleanChamps services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our website and/or provided to you at the time of booking.
